You seem like the type who enjoys a good tale of synchronicity, so let me tell you a true story about the internets, the unconscious, and two bloggers.
A few months ago I had a dream about you and a treehouse. It seemed a little weird since I don't really know you, but then I realized, given the nature of dream, it wasn't about YOU you, it was about what you symbolized to me, instantianted in one of my neural networks or tucked away in some pocket of my subconscious. And my reaction to that dream illustrated something in my life I have been grappling with for the past year (or, as long as I have been alive), so I wrote about it here
And since the image of the treehouse in my dream was really clear to me, I spent a good thirty minutes trying to find a picture of a treehouse to accompany my blog entry. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but found something suitable enough.
So today, since working in a university during the summer is mind-numbingly boring, I decided to check your blog and look through the pictures of your trip. And when I got to this picture, something familiar made me pause, and I realized this more or less looks like the treehouse from my dream.
I am a graduate student who currently lives in Austin, Texas. I am moving soon to Chicago for a year. I have been blogging since 2003, though these days I'm more likely to micoblog on Twitter.
You can view all my posts from around the web on my Lifestream.

Curiouser and curiouser.
