Cat Stevens aka Yusef Islam evidently sued the Flaming Lips over the song Fight Test and its similarity to 'Father and Son'... the 'Father and Son' cover by by Johnny Cash and Fiona Apple is supposed to sound really close to the FL Fight Test...
