I think this interview showcases how the director for Darko is a little nuts.

I'm honored to have been able to assemble the director's cut, but more than anything I just want people to have an open mind to this version and not be so possessive about the original. I get really irritated when people take the incomplete, truncated version of my film and misinterpret it as something that it's not, like a movie about mental illness
